ANGER AND WAY'S TO CONTROL IT.

Our thoughts and experiences trigger emotions, but we do not all respond the same way to the same experiences - what makes one person angry might make another person laugh (and that person's laughter might even make the angry person angrier!). Part of the human experience is to feel a full spectrum of emotion, including anger - emotions are the colors with which we paint the canvas of our lives. Emotions enrich our lives and deepen our experience. Even negative emotions such as grief, sadness, and anger are all natural human emotions that serve a purpose in each person's life.

Even the Dalai Lama admits to feeling anger from time to time - the key is not to hold onto it, and not to let it be your first response, your most frequent response, or your default reaction. A true emotion is a response to what is occurring in the moment, and once that emotion is felt, it is released. A child experiences pure emotion from one moment to the next: laughing, then crying, then laughing again. If you hold onto an emotion such as anger longer than the moment in which it is triggered, you will build resentment. Rage and resentment are the buildup of anger and grudges over time, which fester in the heart and soul, and causes dis-ease in the body and mind.

Being resentful is not an emotion, it is a state of being, and it is a choice. Peace and joy are not emotions either - they are both states of being, and they are also choices. When you choose to live in the state of peace and joy, then you may still feel anger from time to time, but it will not last, because you will soon return to your normal state of peace and joy. The same is true when you live in a state of anger - you can feel peace and joy from time to time, but they will not last because you will soon return to your "normal" default state of anger. In order to change your state of being, you need to change your statement of being an angry person. Let go of anger as part of your identity, release anger as your automatic response to everything, and be willing to live in a state of peace and joy. So, how do you get over resentment and anger?

A PRAYER FOR ANYTIME OF DAY OR NITE.

Lord Jesus Christ , I want to belong to you from now on .I want to be freed from the dominion of darkness and the rule of Satan , and I want to enter into your kingdom and be part of your people . I will turn away from all wrongdoing , and I will avoid everything that leads me to wrongdoing . I ask you to forgive all the sins I have committed . I offer my life to you , and I promise to obey you as my Lord . I ask you to baptize me in the Holy Spirit and give me the gifts necessary for my state in life . Amen

MAGNITUDE OF GOD'S LOVE

How can I ever know the
magnitude of His Glory?
Of His Love for me?
Of His Mercy towards me?
Of His Grace He has shown
in my life?

He knows the numbers of
hairs on my head

He knows what I will speak
before I say a word
He knows all my sin and short comings
Even loves me still

Magnitude...

Endless
Boundless
Unquenchable

Is His Love towards me,

and always will be

I can not imagine the magnitude

of His Love, Mercy and Grace
For they are without end...
Eternal as His Word.

Native American Animal spirits and Totems

The Native American culture has long embraced the idea of the spirit world. However, the great spirits of Native America bore no resemblance to the ghosts or demons that we typically think of today. Instead, these were considered to be the very spirits of nature herself - - the sun and moon, the sky, the earth, the sea, trees, animals, and of course mankind.

Native American spirits were to be sought and prized for the gifts that they bring and the lessons that they teach. Some tribes believed that the best of their people, maidens and warriors alike, went on to become spirit guides. These guides were supposedly capable of keeping their individual charges from going astray as well as for keeping their people, as a whole, on the right pathway.

Other tribes embraced animal spirits as an important source of knowledge, strength, and character. Still others put their beliefs in the Creator and the vast number of spirits that he would send to his people.

As it turns out most cultures embrace the concept of ghosts or spirits in some way. Even heavily Communistic countries like China, still have stories and myths about ghosts, spirits, and demons. I hope you will continue to look for my upcoming articles on myths and legends. In many of those we will delve more deeply into the topic itself as well as into individual cultures.

Guide me Father.I ask this in your
Son's precious name. Amen.

Trust In God always

Have you ever noticed that when God is really using you and you are growing in Him there is always someone, or something that comes against you? This is really a good thing because it shows us that, no matter what we do, or where we go, when we live for Jesus and we are the righteous in Him, we will face opposition from the enemy.

When we stand strong in God nothing anyone can do, or say when allowing the enemy to use them, even Christians who go up against you and tell rumors, or when people speak not so nice things to you,Satan uses their mouths and their minds to manipulate them. It will not sway us in God. For we stand firm in Jesus! We have options as children of God!

We can resist doing that, we can resist the lies of the devil and walk strong staying focused on God or fall in defeat, and let those used by Satan to tear us down. it's a choice we make.

I choose to stand up in the devils face and be a warrior for Christ. Like Deborah the Prophetess who took it upon herself to lead the soldiers to defeat the enemy of Israel. AMEN! This way, when our armor is on solid, nothing can overcome us because we have power and strength from our heavenly Father!

Opposition is imminent, and yet we are not overcome by it! God Gives us victory!

We have a choice whether we let it affect us or not. And how do you stand against it and not let it affect you
