The girl with whose powers were unlocked magically during a town's kidnapping. She has the ability to use her pet doves as weapon, as well as being able to summon the four celestial beasts { cardinals, dragons, cats, and turtles} spirits through magic. This power grew. Her pet doves were repalced by owls that grants her flight in it's cage in the staff, her bird cardinals can manifest into a giant armored bird that can shoot fire meteors it's evolve similar to a phoenix, her cat spirits can also manifest itself into a giant white tiger, turtle is also still used, also her dragon most likely is huger and can combine all her animal spirits into a combo. (Keep note she can draw magical power from actual animals. For example, that caged owl can generate 3 owl spirits.) Though keep in mind she is not a witch, Captain Marvel gained his abilities magically does that make him a witch?
